TL;DR. These are the wins you can ship in under two weeks per brand. They compound into a clean before/after story for the next reporting cycle. Do not try to fix all nine at once. Pick the two or three that map to your diagnosis from Step 3.
The quick-fix menu
| Gap | Fix | Time |
|---|---|---|
| SEO | Unblock crawler bots in WAF rules. Allow them in your robots.txt file | 1 hour |
| SEO | Add Article / FAQ / HowTo JSON-LD schema to top 5 pages | 1 day |
| SEO | Move critical content out of JavaScript into HTML or SSR | 1–3 days |
| PR | Claim Wikidata, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile | 1 day |
| PR | Submit to top 3 niche directories (G2, Capterra, niche listicles) | 2–3 days |
| Content | Rewrite top 5 pages with a 40–80 word BLUF answer at the top | 2–3 days |
| Content | Add comparison tables and explicit 'best for X' claims | 1–2 days |
| Content | Add 'Last updated: [month, year]' and refresh stats | 0.5 days/page |
| Content | Rewrite headers as questions matching real user prompts | 1 day |
The sequencing rule: always fix SEO first. If AI crawlers cannot reach or parse the site, no Content or PR fix will compound. Then fix Content (fastest to show signal movement). Then fix PR (slowest, but compounds the longest).
Do this now:
Pick the two fixes that map to your Step 3 diagnosis. Assign an owner and a due date within 10 business days. Ship them before the next reporting cycle.
